Suddenly everyone is a blogger in bahrain

May I take this opportunity to introduce myself as another blogger in Bahrain , I am sure you guys must have said “Not another blogger”.

Throughout the past few years the term blogger has been used in almost 7/10 Instagram profiles at least in Bahrain, while I understand that there is a trend in the online industry it is just insane to open “another” new Instagram account and add the firm term “Blogger” in your Bio.May I remind you that Instagram is a micro blogging platform and not a blogging portal.

Did you know that in order to be a blogger you  need to have the basic elements as a start, some of these elements are and not limited to:

1. A Domain Name – Ensure that you book a web domain.
2. A Hosting plan – You need to have a hosting plan in order to host your website.
3. A Blogging platform – There are a variety of  online blogging platforms such as word press, blogger etc.
4. A Plan – Before adding the term “Blogger” to your Instagram Bio setup a plan, a strategy, a route to what you will be blogging about!
5. A Goal – Whether you will be blogging about fashion, lifestyle, social  media etc you need to have a goal and a well designed plan to achieve your goal.

You do not need to be a blogger in order to be famous, neither of the below mentioned should consider themselves as bloggers:

1. Makeup Artists – I am sure you have amazing makeup skills that millions would want to follow.What do you blog about?
2. Celebrity – As a public figure such as anchors etc, do you really need to consider yourself as a blogger?
3. Fashionistas – Fashionistas may have over 100K followers, do you really need a blog?

It is clear that the lack of knowledge is what makes everyone claim they are bloggers in bahrain but on the other side Google Local Search results is not matching these so claimed Bloggers to be.

Today I have challenged myself to prove to all how I shall rank for several blogging terms in the Google search engine in the following 3 months:

1. Bahrain blogger
2. blogger in Bahrain
3. top Bahrain Bloggers

Note: The list includes 20+ keywords that I aim to rank for in this specific field.
